Shipping & Returns

     All orders within the continental US will be shipped USPS and FedEx Ground. Unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer. All US orders will ship within 24-48 business hours(does not include holidays or weekends). FedEx ground takes anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on where you are located in relation to us. We ship all orders from California.

    Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will have to ship via FedEx International, as we can not ship ground to these places. Your order will still leave us within 24-48 business hours. However the transit time will be anywhere from 5-12 business days.

   Please take note that there will be additional fees and taxes added to your shipment because of customs if we are shipping to Canada. You can contact us via email at sales@WestCoastThreadz.com for shipping and fees to Canada. We add an additional $2-3 charge to every order for shipping residential fees. International shipping is subject to additional fees.

*FedEx Ground packages weighing 1–70 lbs. destined for rural points in Alaska incur an additional $30 charge. Packages to these destinations that exceed 70 lbs. incur an additional $100 charge. Packages originating from and destined to rural points in Alaska incur double surcharges. Packages destined to rural points in Hawaii incur an additional $11 charge.

Returns

   WestCoastThreadz.com will accept returns for defective merchandise only. All returns require a return authorization number provided by us. All items returned without a return authorization number clearly written on the box will be refused and sent back to the shipper.

   Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods to be considered for return. Please contact us at sales@WestCoastThreadz.com for an RMA #.
