How do I
place an order?
You need to
register or log into your account. Once you place your products in your
shopping cart and select Checkout, you will be guided through the registration
process. This process is fast and will allow you to have a Permanent cart,
Address book, Order History, product Reviews and much more.
We accept
Paypal payments.
We ship
using USPS and FedEx Ground services. International shipping is provided by
FeEx International. Please see our Shipping
page for more info.
You will
receive a tracking number via email with confirmation of your order.
Please contact sales@westcoastThreadz.com for any return
requests. Returns must be in their original condition. Items returned damaged
will not be issued credit. Include the original invoice number on which the
products were purchased and the reason for return with any returned items. For
your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method or insured
parcel post. You must obtain prior authorization from our sales department
before we will accept the return. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking
fee. Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping the item(s) back to us.
*Exceptions – we send the wrong item out, or the item is defective. In these
cases a re-stocking fee will not be applied.
